Financial Aid

How much financial aid will my family receive?

STS does not make financial aid award decisions. Award decisions are made solely by the institution providing the aid.

What documentation is required to complete my application?

Typically you will be required to submit your Federal Income Tax Form 1040 (1040a or 1040ez), W-2 wage statements and documentation of non-taxable income

Is there an application fee?

If there is a fee due, it will be indicated when completing the application.

When do I upload supporting documents?

Document upload will be available after your application has been submitted.

Is there a deadline to apply?

Application deadlines are set by the institution you are applying for aid through. Please contact your institution to see if they are accepting financial aid applications.

Tuition Management

Can I change my payment method?

Yes. Login to your STS account and select the payment plan you wish to change. From the payment plan summary page, click Edit Payment Plan. You will now have the option to add and change payment methods, as well as turn on and off automatic debit.

Can I change the due date of a payment?

All changes to payment due dates need to be approved by your school. Please contact your school to make changes to payment due dates.

Can I pay by check?

Yes. Checks can be mailed to the following address:
