Office Clerk (Entry Level)

About You

The right candidate is detail-oriented, outgoing, enthusiastic, and friendly. We are looking for someone who is willing to wear multiple hats in our organization, preferably with a background and experience in an office environment.

What you will do

  • Answer and resolve customer service phone calls/emails.
  • Administrative data entry tasks.
  • Provide support to account managers.

Must-Haves

  • Experience in an office setting.
  • Strong Verbal, Written, and Interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Operate offices machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, voice mail systems and personal computers.
  • Great Attitude.

Compensation

  • Range: $15-$17.50/hr based on experience.
  • Individual & Family Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, plus 401(k).
  • Paid time off and holiday pay.
