How do I create an account?

At the top right corner on the main STS website, select For Parents and then Register. Fill out the appropriate fields and hit Create My Account. If your school previously sent an email with a link to start a Financial Aid Application or Payment Plan, please click that link to login after creating your account.

What should I do if I forget my password to login?

On the login screen, select Forgot your password? and enter the email used to create your account, then hit Reset Password. Check your email for a link that will prompt you to reset your password. The new password must contain 8+ characters, one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and a number. A banner will appear if the password reset was successful. If this banner does not appear, check to make sure your new password meets all the above requirements. If you are still having issues, please contact STS Customer Support for assistance via our Live Chat or email support@simpletuitionsolutions.org.

Why didn’t I receive a reset password link to my email after entering it on the Forgot Password screen?

The email entered on the Forgot Password screen must be the one originally used to create your account. If you do not receive the reset password link to your Primary or Spam email folders, your account was most likely originally created using a different email. We recommend trying to login or reset with an alternate email.

Please note, your Payment Plan & Billing account notification email might be different from your login email.If you tried the above recommendations and you still have not received a reset email or if you no longer have access to the original email, please contact STS Customer Support for assistance via our Live Chat or email support@simpletuitionsolutions.org.

How do I change my login email?

Login and select My Account at the top right corner. Select Change Email, enter the new email address, then hit Update. Please note, changing your login email will not affect your Payment Plan & Billing account notification email. To update your notification email, please contact your school or STS Customer Support for assistance via our Live Chat or email support@simpletuitionsolutions.org.

Why can’t I see my information anymore when I login?

It’s possible you have more than one STS account and your information is on a different account. We recommend trying an alternate email to login. If you are still having issues accessing the correct account, please contact STS Customer Support for assistance via our Live Chat or email support@simpletuitionsolutions.org.
